When it comes to PvE gameplay, many Pokemon GO trainers are likely looking forward to diving into a fresh rotation of Legendary and Mega Battle Raids. January’s plans include the return of some popular Legendary Battle Raid bosses and a nice selection of Mega Battle Raid bosses, as well. There is a mystery Mega slot on hold for January 10 through 18, which means the Twinkling Fantasy event happening that week is very likely going to include a Mega debut.

The first January Legendary and Mega Battle Raids kicked off with the January 1 rotation and Reshiram’s appearance, but trainers can already start looking ahead to everything else that is confirmed to be arriving between now and the first day of February. Zekrom is likely going to be the most popular returning Battle Raid boss, but each of appearances in this month’s rotation have their own unique uses in the PvE and PvP meta game.

From January 1 to January 10 Reshiram will appear in five-star raids.

Zekrom

From January 10 to January 18 Zekrom will appear in five-star raids.

From January 18 to January 25 Regice will appear in five-star raids.

Tapu Koko

From January 18 to February 1 Tapu Koko will appear in five-star raids.

Steelix (Mega)

From January 1 to January 10 Mega Steelix will appear in Mega Raids.

From January 25 to February 1 Mega Aerodactyl will make their debut in Mega Raids.

From 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time, the following Pokémon will be featured in increased numbers in Five Star Raids during these dates in October:
