Moltres will show up in these regions at the following times for Moltres Day:
Asia/Pacific: 12:00 p. m. to 3:00 p. m. JST Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India: 9:00 a. m. to 12:00 p. m. UTC The Americas and Greenland: 11:00 a. m. to 2:00 p. m. PT
As with the Articuno and Zapdos Days, at the start of the event, all the gyms across the world will spawn a Moltres that will be there for three hours, which is for the entire duration of the event. Once Moltres appears, players can pick any of the enemies that are on offer, and battle them for a chance at getting one of the sought-after shiny Pokemon. For players that do not have raid passes, they can get up to five free raid passes simply by spinning gyms.
Some inexperienced players may have to buy more raid passes from the online shop, as five raid passes may not be enough to get the Shiny Moltres. As is the case with all Community Days in Pokemon GO though, the actual Pokemon that one can gain is almost irrelevant, as some feel that the fact that many players are out playing for those three hours is a good opportunity to socialize and create a sense of community. Whether one is out to add one more shiny Pokemon to their collection, or to have fun with other Pokemon GO fans, it is well worth the while to go out to your nearest gym and give it a shot.
Pokemon GO is out now for iOS and Android mobile devices.
