Before delving into that, it’s worth noting that Pokemon GO players will need two things for each of these evolutions: the Sinnoh stone and 100 candy. Players should try to prioritize these evolutions by whether they want a certain Pokemon or a strong Pokemon.

Of the 22 breeds with forward cross-gen evolutions, here are the ones currently in the game:

Rhydon to Rhypherior Magmar to Magmortar Electabuzz to Electivire Misdreavus to Mismagius Gligar to Gliscor Porygon 2 to Porygon-Z Murkrow to Honchkrow Sneasel to Weavil Roselia to Roserade Togetic to Togekiss Dusclops to Dusknoir

Here are the gen 4 cross-evolution breeds that have yet to be added to the game:

Eevee to Leafeon/Glaceon Aipom to Ambipom Nosepass to Probopass Kirlia to Gallade Lickitung to Lickilicky Magneton to Magnezone Tangela to Tangrowth Yanma to Yanmega Piloswine to Mamoswine Snorunt to Froslass

Of course, we don’t yet know when Niantic intends to introduce the second wave of gen 4 evolutions, but considering the lengthy process in obtaining a Sinnoh Stone, players still have plenty of fan-favorites to work toward. One possible exception to the Sinnoh stone requirement is Leafeon and Glaceon due to the random nature of Eevee, so it remains to be seen how these two evolutions are handled.

Regardless, with all of these Pokemon to evolve and the on-going Hatchathon event, there’s plenty to keep players busy in the meantime. There’s also new special research in the game, appropriately titled Let’s GO, Meltan!

Pokemon GO is available now in select regions for Android and iOS devices.
