In addition to the return of the popular Water Festival, players also have some new and exciting Battle Raids to hunt down this month. Tapu Fini is hitting 5-star raids in Pokemon GO, which means some players may need to study up on the best counters and prepare a brand-new roster for the feature fight. Tapu Fini is available in five-star Battle Raids right now and players should have until May 25, 2022 to head out and battle the boss for a chance at the Legendary encounter.

Mega Gengar - Lick/Sludge Bomb
Zekrom - Charge Beam/Wild Charge
Zarude - Vine Whip/Power Whip
Roserade - Poison Jab/Solar Beam
Thundurus (Therian) - Volt Switch/Thunderbolt
Raikou - Thunder Shock/Wild Charge

As always, players should keep in mind that they don’t need to assemble this exact roster in order to successfully take down the big boss. The most important thing is going to be to head into the battle with the correct number of allies (in this case at least four or five other experienced players) and to stick to taking advantage of Tapu Fini’s weaknesses. In this case, that means fielding a roster with whatever the best Electric-, Grass-, and Poison-types available. Players may also take to spend some Stardust, Elite TMs, and Candy in order to power up the roster and get the best move sets in place.
