Exeggutor is a dual Grass/Psychic-type from the very first generation, resembling a palm tree with three coconut-like heads. Evolving from Exeggcute, one of the weirdest Pokemon from Generation 1, Exeggutor is arguably one of the weirdest evolutions in all of Pokemon as well, going from a half dozen eggs to a palm tree.

A Reddit user with the handle of u/Sapphirewashere has posted several images of their Bionicle version of Exeggutor, which is considerably more intimidating than its normal appearance. All of the Pokemon’s features appear to be intact, including its three heads with palm leaves, its squatting two leg position, and its basic coloring. However, with its faces being that of a maskless Bionicle, and the rest of the pieces looking sharp and mechanical, the result is a fearsome creature looking like something out of Horizon Zero Dawn.

When looking closer at the Pokemon’s proportions, it’s easy to see that this is a figure of an Alolan Exeggutor, which sports a considerably longer neck than its standard counterpart. The Pokemon regional variant is a Grass/Dragon-type, rather than Grass/Psychic, and features a fourth head at the end of its tail, which the figure includes. Thanks to the flexible nature of the Bionicle pieces, the Alolan Exeggutor figure has a highly articulating neck, another accurate feature considering the Pokemon is known to use it to attack in such a manner.

While comments on the post praising the creation both for its creativity and nightmareish appearance, there doesn’t appear to be any form of instructions or tutorial. However, Pokemon fans can get an Alolan Exeggutor statue if they’re willing to shell out a small fortune. Fans can get their own three and-a-half foot statue of the massive Pokemon for a hefty price tag of $270. The statue looks fairly detailed with a completely accurate design, and is considerably goofier-looking than the Bionicle version above.

Exeggutor isn’t the only older Pokemon being remade with an unexpected building block material. Another Pokemon fan has received hundreds of likes for their creative Nanoblock model of Groudon recently. While not nearly as scary-looking as the Bionicle Exeggutor, it’s yet just another example of the Pokemon fandom’s creativity.
