A Redditor known as Roienn777 shared an image of a gift that their girlfriend got them for the couple’s one-year anniversary. The picture shows a diorama featuring six Pokemon, as well as two trainers in the back with a heart between them to represent the duo. The front of the piece features the text “Training together since 07/02/2021,” indicating the couple’s anniversary. The left side of the diorama features a Samurott, Spheal, and Ferrothorn, while the right side shows a Lopunny, an Eevee, and a Beautifly. According to Roienn777, these are the couple’s favorite Pokemon, with their top three being in front of the male trainer and their girlfriend’s standing in front of the female trainer.
The diorama has received a positive reaction on Reddit. Many commenters stated that Roienn777 needs to marry their girlfriend after receiving the gift, with one saying that she is the perfect woman. A number of fans asked where they can buy the piece, to which Roienn777 answered that their partner got it from Pixel Package on Etsy. Some users congratulated the couple, including one who mentioned that they will be celebrating nine months with their girlfriend on the same day. The gift is incredibly cute and is perfect for couples who love playing Pokemon together.
Roienn777 is not the only one celebrating a special day with pocket monsters. A Redditor going by the name miscellaniousmao shared a clip on Reddit of a giant cupcake shaped like the Pokemon Eevee that they made for their birthday. The creature’s mane was made using frosting, while the head and tail were created with a mixture of frosting and cake, which were added using Pocky sticks. Ears and a small hat were also applied onto the cupcake, as well as eyes, a nose, and blushing cheeks. The piece was finished off with a golden candle, completing what is a great birthday gift for anyone who loves the storied RPG series.
